Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Abhushan Gali, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we offer. Before returning a product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made — many of our pieces are handcrafted by traditional artisans, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from the other. Stone placement, size, and finish may vary slightly. All our products go through quality control before shipping.
Steps to Making a Return
We are not liable for returns not reported within 3 days of delivery.
Inform us within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing abhushangali@gmail.com (or calling 8800535706).
Send us a photograph of the product showing the damage/defect or incorrect item. Our QC team will review and decide whether the return is approved.
Once approved, the item must be sent back to us unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
After we receive the item and confirm its condition, we’ll issue store credit for the value of the product. Store credit is valid for 1 month from the date of issue.
Store Credit Will Be Issued For:
- Genuine quality issues or manufacturing defects
- Packages lost in transit (must be reported within 15 days of order date)
- Wrong item shipped
No Store Credit / Exchange Will Be Given For:
Made-to-order or customized pieces are final sale
Incorrect or outdated delivery address
Incorrect address format (including PO Box addresses)
After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier
Package refused by recipient
Sizing issues — please review our size guide carefully before purchasing
Products returned in used or damaged condition
Minor colour/design variation — all products are handmade with natural stones, so slight variation from website photos is normal
Jewellery that is not faulty or damaged
Requests made after 3 days of receipt of goods
Order Cancellation and Returns
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted
We offer returns for eligible products within 5 days of delivery, provided that:
- The product is unused and unworn.
- Original tags and packaging are intact.
- The item is returned in its original condition.
Products that show signs of use, damage, alteration, or missing packaging may not qualify for a return.
Non Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain categories such as customized, personalized, or special-order jewellery are not eligible for returns.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed as store credits only.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and order details.

Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect details may be the customer’s responsibility.

Our standard delivery timeline is approximately 5–7 business days.
Delivery timelines are estimated under normal working conditions and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Urgent Delivery
If you require your order urgently, please contact us before or immediately after placing the order.
Bangalore customers: Same-day or express delivery may be available, subject to location and courier availability.
Shipping Charges
A nominal shipping charge of ₹200 is applicable on all prepaid orders.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are charged ₹200 as shipping fees across India.
Courier Partners
We ship through reputed courier partners such as Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, Ekart, and other trusted logistics providers.
Taxes
All prices mentioned on our website are inclusive of GST.
Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities, weather conditions, strikes, transport disruptions, or other unavoidable circumstances.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Orders may be returned to our warehouse after 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts due to reasons such as:
Incorrect or incomplete address
Customer not reachable
Residence or office closed
Customer requested future delivery repeatedly
Once the order is returned to us, it can be reshipped only after we receive it back in our warehouse. A reshipping charge of ₹200 will be applicable.
